POSITION SUMMARY

The Financial Planning Assistant position is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping to provide world class service to financial advisors in effort to guide their clients to achieve short and long-term financial goals. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail as well as solid organizational skills. Interest in and/or prior exposure to personal finance, investments, employee benefits, insurance products, taxation, and/or estate planning is preferred.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate financial planning data collection

  • Enter financial data into eMoney™ software

  • Assist with tracking and communicating progress of financial planning engagements for our advisors

  • Optimization of advisor and client portals in eMoney™

  • Assist in developing and refining processes and systems to drive operational efficiencies

  • Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Embracing of technology in the workplace, including Microsoft Office suite as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

  • Experience with financial planning applications such as eMoney™, MoneyGuidePro, or Naviplan is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Solid organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • High degree of honesty and integrity

  • Desire to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment
