POSITION SUMMARY
The Financial Planning Assistant position is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping to provide world class service to financial advisors in effort to guide their clients to achieve short and long-term financial goals. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail as well as solid organizational skills. Interest in and/or prior exposure to personal finance, investments, employee benefits, insurance products, taxation, and/or estate planning is preferred.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate financial planning data collection

Enter financial data into eMoney™ software

Assist with tracking and communicating progress of financial planning engagements for our advisors

Optimization of advisor and client portals in eMoney™

Assist in developing and refining processes and systems to drive operational efficiencies

Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
-
Embracing of technology in the workplace, including Microsoft Office suite as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

Experience with financial planning applications such as eMoney™, MoneyGuidePro, or Naviplan is a plus

Bachelor’s degree

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Solid organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
