The Marketing & Client Relations Assistant reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing. This individual serves as a key member of the sales and marketing team in its mission to strengthen the firm’s brand. The position requires a passion for marketing and its complementary role in the client relations and sales processes. This individual works directly with the Director of Sales & Marketing as well as the Marketing Coordinator in the design, production, and execution of various sales and marketing initiatives. This position requires the ability to comprehend and articulate the firm’s value proposition combined with a level of creativity to further the firm’s marketing and client relations efforts. By nature, successful candidates exhibit a high degree of professionalism and a pro-active approach.


  • Strengthen the firm’s overall brand

  • Effectively communicate the firm’s value proposition via multimedia productions

  • Active participant in the creative process

  • Assist with graphic design and marketing collateral creation

  • Assist with social media content creation

  • Serve a support role in the sales and client relations process

  • Compile marketing activity data for trend analysis

  • Identify workflow/system improvements and work to enact changes

  • Work closely with other team members to provide world class service to financial advisors throughout the country


  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Education and/or experience in marketing

  • Knowledge in working with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Excel

  • Financial services industry experience a plus

  • Must be highly motivated, relationship-oriented, as well as an organized self-starter

  • Extreme attention to detail and an ability to multi-task

  • A high degree of professionalism
