POSITION SUMMARY
The Creative Design Coordinator reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing. This individual serves as a key member of the sales and marketing team in its mission to strengthen the firm’s brand. The position requires a passion for marketing strategy and its complementary role in the sales process. This individual works directly with the Director of Sales & Marketing in the design, production, and execution of various corporate marketing collateral and initiatives, including video production. This role also includes direct interaction with financial advisors in support of marketing efforts to grow their independent businesses. This position requires the ability to comprehend and articulate the firm’s value proposition combined with a level of creativity to further the firm’s marketing efforts. By nature, successful candidates exhibit a high degree of professionalism and a pro-active approach.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strengthen the firm’s overall brand

  • Effectively communicate the firm’s value proposition via multimedia productions

  • Marketing strategy development

  • Active participant in the creative process

  • Graphic design and marketing collateral development

  • Social media strategies and content creation

  • Website content management; design as necessary

  • Promote corporate marketing initiatives

  • Perform trend analysis of marketing activity data

  • Identify workflow/system improvements and work to enact changes

  • Work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing and other team members to provide world class service to financial advisors throughout the country

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Education and/or experience in marketing

  • Knowledge in working with Adobe Creative Cloud – particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Excel

  • Financial services industry experience a plus

  • Must be highly motivated, relationship-oriented, as well as an organized self-starter

  • Extreme attention to detail and an ability to multi-task

  • A high degree of professionalism
